Quality Controller - Finishing

Job Description: Quality Controller – Finishing DepartmentDepartment: Quality / Production

Location: Export House

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years (Garment Export Industry)

Qualification: 12th Pass

• Key Responsibilities: Carry out final inspection of finished garments as per buyer specifications and AQL standards
• Ensure correct finishing processes, including trimming, ironing, folding, tagging, and packing
• Check garment measurements, workmanship, stains, damages, and labeling accuracy
• Coordinate with finishing, ironing, and packing teams to rectify defects before shipment
• Maintain daily inspection and quality records
• Ensure compliance with buyer quality standards and export requirements
• Assist during buyer audits, final inspections, and shipment approvals
• Reduce rejection and rework through effective quality control at the finishing stage
• Skills & Requirements: Strong hands-on knowledge of garment finishing processes
• Good understanding of AQL inspection and buyer quality standards
• Experience handling final inspections and shipment quality
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Team coordination and problem-solving skills
• Reporting ToQuality Manager / Production Manager
