Summary: As a Quality Engineering Architect, you will develop end-to-end testing architectures using new and innovative testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality standards are met, while also providing technical leadership and strategic direction in quality engineering. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, mentor team members, and drive the implementation of best practices in testing methodologies to enhance overall project outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Develop and maintain comprehensive testing strategies that align with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation. - Strong understanding of testing frameworks and methodologies. - Experience with automation tools and scripting languages. - Ability to design and implement performance testing strategies. - Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Implementation. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
