Perform inspection of Electrical as well as Electronics items like Home Appliances (STB, HGW, Mobile phones, household Products include Refrigerator, Washing Machine, , Water dispenser, Mixers, Hand Blenders, Water Heaters, Luminaries, Audio and Video Equipment, Iron, AC, Cooler etc.) at factory premises as per clients requirements.

Required experienced and highly analytical quality inspector for PDI (Pre-Dispatch Inspection) activity of Electronic Goods. As the quality inspector, candidate will monitor the quality of Finished Goods (FG) to ensure that the product meets set quality expectations. The job requires candidate to perform regular product inspection and record inspection results. To excel in this role, applicants should demonstrate great attention to detail with excellent technical and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform regular quality assessments on all Finished Goods before shipping from factory.

2. Reject all products and materials that fail to meet set quality expectations as per defined standard.

3. Read PDI manuals, test plan and specifications to understand the requirements of products to be inspected.

4. Inspect the product on visual aspect, measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications.

5. Recommend improvements to the inspection process for better quality control.

6. Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports.

7. Convey the factory team about quality control concerns observed during inspection for acknowledgment on same.
