About the Role:

We are actively looking for a talented React Native Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience to join our mobile development team. This role is exclusively open to individuals from the LGBTQ+ community as part of our commitment to building a more diverse and inclusive workplace.

As a React Native Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality, scalable, and visually appealing mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Design and build advanced applications using React Native.

• Create pixel-perfect, responsive UI across mobile platforms.
• Integrate third-party APIs and backend services.
• Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve performance issues and bugs.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers.
• Participate in code reviews and help maintain coding standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4–5 years of professional experience in React Native mobile development.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and React Native.
• Familiar with Redux, Axios, Firebase, and other popular libraries.
• Experience with mobile build tools (Xcode, Android Studio).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and data formats like JSON.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Proven ability to debug and resolve development issues.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Experience with TypeScript.

• Basic understanding of native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C).
• Experience with Expo or EAS.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools and workflows.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for learning and personal growth.
