🔹 Role Overview


We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader / Sales Manager to lead a group of sales executives and drive revenue growth. The candidate should be experienced in managing sales teams, motivating them to achieve targets, and closing high-value real estate transactions.

Set monthly and quarterly targets, and ensure consistent achievement.
