Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Consultant who will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and investing in real estate properties. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects
• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
• Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful closures
• Coordinate with developers and internal teams for smooth transactions
• Maintain proper data and update CRM regularly
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
• 0–3 years of experience in real estate / sales / telesales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Presentable personality with a professional attitude
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Noida/Delhi NCR real estate market
• Strong convincing and closing skills
• Ability to handle high-value clients
