Job Title: Sales Director - Land Sales

Location: Noida Sector 4

Salary Range: 7 lakhs to 14 lakh per annum (based on experience and performance)


Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our land sales division in Noida Sector 4. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand customer base.

• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve sales targets.

• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients, investors, and key stakeholders.

• Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

• Negotiate and close land sale deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.

• Collaborate with marketing, legal, and finance departments to ensure smooth transaction processes.

• Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

• Proven track record of success in real estate sales, particularly in land sales.

• Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role, with the ability to motivate and lead a sales team.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent understanding of the local real estate market and regulatory environment in Noida.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
