Job Role:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Manager who can lead and drive high-conversion plot sales. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, proven sales strategies, and the ability to convert leads into successful property deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the real estate sales team for plot sales
• Develop strategies to increase lead conversion and revenue
• Handle client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures
• Guide the team in site visits, follow-ups, and client conversions
• Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly targets
• Coordinate with management and ensure smooth sales operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years experience in real estate / plot sales
• Strong sales leadership and closing skills
• Proven record of high lead-to-sale conversion
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management
• Good understanding of local real estate market and regulations
