 Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets. • Drive sales for residential and commercial real estate projects. • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase property sales and market share. • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers. • Conduct site visits with prospective clients and provide thorough project briefings. • Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams to ensure a seamless client experience. • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management.
