Job Summary:

Neocasa Infratech Pvt Ltd is seeking dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Professionals with proven experience in property sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships while contributing to the company’s revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through various channels such as references, site visits, and digital platforms
• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally
• Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively
• Maintain strong follow-ups with prospects and existing clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closures
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and project knowledge

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (mandatory)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Good knowledge of local real estate market and trends
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in residential/commercial property sales
• Existing client database or network will be an added advantage
• Immediate joiners preferred
