Job Summary: Soil Search is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Real Estate Sales Executives/Tele- Caller for our Noida and Haridwar offices. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in sales or real estate, a passion for property sales, and the ability to close deals effectively. This role involves client interaction, site visits, and lead conversion. Candidates must own a personal vehicle.

Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through cold calling, online platforms, and field visits

Conduct client meetings and site visits in Noida or Haridwar as required

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options

Negotiate prices and terms to close sales deals

Guide clients through the legal and documentation process

Maintain client relationships and follow up for repeat business and referrals

Update daily activity and leads in CRM or reporting systems

Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales or direct sales

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Strong knowledge of the local property market in Noida and/or Haridwar

Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler (mandatory)

Ability to work independently and handle multiple leads

Lucrative incentive structure on sales closures

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (timing may vary based on client meetings)
