Job SummaryWe are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives with at least 1 year of experience in real estate sales. The candidate will be responsible for lead handling, client interaction, site visits, and closing sales.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound sales leads for plots/residential projects
  • Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to clients
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings
  • Maintain follow-ups and convert prospects into customers
  • Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by management
  • Maintain proper documentation and CRM records
  • Coordinate with legal, accounts, and admin teams for booking formalities
  • Provide post-sales support to customers
  • Keep updated with market trends and competitor projects
  • Eligibility & RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales
  • Graduate (preferred, but not mandatory)
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of Noida / NCR real estate market is an advantage
  • Comfortable with field work and site visits
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
