**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

* Identify potential buyers through online platforms, cold calling, site visits, and referrals.

* Maintain and update client databases.

* Follow up with prospects to understand their property requirements.

* Conduct meetings and property presentations with clients.

* Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties.

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.


2. Sales Process & Negotiation

* Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and legal processes clearly.

* Coordinate site visits and ensure a positive customer experience.

* Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.


3. Market Knowledge

* Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new project launches.

* Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market behavior.

*Should have complete and thorough knowledge of the Noida, Greater Noida, Yamuna Expressway and Jewar's Real Estate market.


**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

* Bachelors degree in any field

* 1–2 years of sales experience (real estate experience preferred).

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to negotiate effectively and handle high-value transactions.

* Good knowledge of the local property market.
