• Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through various channels including site visits, referrals, digital platforms, and cold calling
• Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about projects
• Conduct site visits and property presentations to potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options
• Negotiate deals and ensure successful closure of sales
• Maintain a database of leads and follow-ups using CRM tools
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, finance) for smooth transactions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good negotiation and closing abilities
• Basic knowledge of real estate market in Noida/Delhi NCR
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
• Preferred Candidate Profile:Prior experience in real estate sales or property consulting
• Familiarity with Noida projects, especially Sector 136 and nearby areas
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
