We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive for real estate sales. Candidate should be confident, target-driven & comfortable with field work.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads via field visits, referrals & cold calling

• Meet clients & understand property requirements

• Conduct site visits & explain property details

• Follow-up with prospects & maintain relationships

• Assist in negotiations & closing deals

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Maintain daily reports & client data

• Coordinate with internal team for bookings

✅ Required Skills:

• Good communication & interpersonal skills

• Sales-oriented mindset

• Basic MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word)

• Ability to build trust with clients

📌 Mandatory:

• Own bike/car required

• Ready for field travel
