Job Title - Real Estate Agent

Location - Bhutani Alphathum, sector 90 - Noida

Shift - 10:00 Am - 7:00 Pm

Pay - 18000 - 30000 + incentive (depends on your experience)

Job Summary:

A Real Estate Agent helps clients buy, sell, and rent properties. They act as intermediaries between buyers and sellers, providing guidance, market insights, and negotiation support to ensure smooth and successful property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential and commercial properties

Understand client needs and preferences to recommend suitable properties

Conduct property showings and open houses

Prepare and present property listings, marketing materials, and advertisements

Stay updated on local real estate market trends, pricing, and legal requirements

Negotiate property prices and contract terms on behalf of clients

Guide clients through the entire transaction process, including paperwork and closing

Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and other professionals

Required Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred)

Valid real estate license (as per local regulations)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Negotiation and sales abilities

Knowledge of the real estate market and property laws

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Basic computer skills and familiarity with listing platforms
