Job Summary

RAM Empire India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team in Sector 142, Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property sales while delivering excellent customer service.



  • Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels (calls, site visits, references, and digital platforms)
  • Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable real estate options
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide end-to-end sales support
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and transactions
  • Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitor activities



  • Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Target-oriented mindset with a proven sales track record
  • Familiarity with Noida real estate market is a plus
