Real Estate Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial real estate sales. The candidate should be capable of handling client interactions, site visits, and deal closures independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming inquiries and generate new leads

Conduct property presentations and site visits with clients

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties

Negotiate pricing and close sales deals

Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners

Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking formalities

Follow up regularly with prospects to ensure conversion

Maintain updated records of leads, site visits, and closures in CRM

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Knowledge of local real estate markets and projects

Ability to work under targets and pressure

Presentable, confident, and client-focused personality

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office

Educational Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
