šÆ Key Responsibilities:š Handle inbound & outbound calls to potential clients
šļø Understand customer requirements & suggest suitable property options
šļø Maintain CRM records, leads, and follow-ups
š¤ Coordinate with the field sales team for client visits
š¬ Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat & referral business
š Achieve monthly sales targets with a goal-driven attitude
š Provide accurate info about projects, pricing, and amenities
š” Skills & Qualifications:
ā Experience in real estate / tele calling / Business Development
ā Excellent communication & negotiation skills
ā Strong convincing power and customer-focused approach
ā Fluent in English & Hindi
ā Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools
ā Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
š Education:Bachelorās degree in any stream (Preferred: Marketing, Business Administration, or related field)
