Job Summary
A Real Estate Sales Advisor is responsible for promoting, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties.
The role involves guiding clients through the buying, selling, or renting process, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice to help them make informed decisions.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and contact potential clients through calls, emails, and networking
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Conduct property viewings and presentations
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts between buyers and sellers
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends
- Prepare and manage sales documentation and contracts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Collaborate with developers, property owners, and legal teams
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Required Skills and QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills
- Persuasive sales and negotiation abilities
- Customer-focused mindset
- Basic knowledge of real estate laws and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred)
- Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Previous experience in sales or real estate is an advantage
- Real estate license (if required by local regulations)
- Work EnvironmentOffice-based with frequent site visits
