Job Description

- Generate leads and prospects through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences

- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals

- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless customer experience

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty


Requirements:


- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong market knowledge and understanding of real estate trends

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office

- Strong time management and organizational skills
