About the Role

We are looking for ambitious and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executives with 1–5 years of experience in property sales or related industries. The role involves lead generation, client handling, site visits, and closing deals while providing excellent customer service.



 📍 Location: Sector 142, Noida

 🕙 Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Weekly Off: Tuesday

 💰 Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹55,000 + High Incentives

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and convert leads through calls, meetings, property portals, and referrals.
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable residential/commercial property options.
  • Conduct property site visits, presentations, and negotiations with prospective buyers.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat and referral business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and project launches.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.



Requirements

  • Experience: 1–5 years in real estate sales / high-value sales (mandatory).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of local property market trends and competitor projects.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and property portals.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
