Real Estate Sales Executive

A Real Estate Executive manages property transactions, builds client relationships, and drives sales by generating leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and staying updated on market trends, focusing on strategy, client satisfaction, and meeting sales targets through excellent communication and negotiation skills for seamless buying/selling processes. 

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: Generate leads, attract new clients, and develop sales strategies.
• Client Management: Understand client needs, provide expert advice, present properties, and build strong relationships.
• Property Management: Organize site visits, manage listings, and market properties effectively.
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms between buyers and sellers and finalize deals.
• Market Expertise: Stay current on market conditions, pricing, and regulations.
• Documentation: Prepare contracts and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
