Real Estate Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting property presentations, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, networking, referrals, and online platforms.

Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

2. Client Handling

Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties.

Schedule and conduct site visits with potential buyers

Provide detailed information about projects, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.

3. Sales & Negotiation

Present and promote real estate projects effectively.

Negotiate terms and close sales with potential buyers.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

4. Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Maintain client databases and follow up for post-sales support.
