Real Estate Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful deal closures. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and manage prospective leads through various channels (calls, references, walk-ins, and site visits)

Understand client requirements and provide suitable property solutions

Conduct property presentations and coordinate site visits

Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions in CRM

Follow up regularly with prospects to ensure timely conversion

Negotiate terms and pricing to close sales deals

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and post-sales support

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline

Prior experience in real estate sales preferred
