Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client inquiries, conducting site visits, and closing property deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential customers and understand their property requirements
  • Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and online portals
  • Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and location advantages
  • Arrange and conduct site visits with clients
  • Negotiate terms and close property sales
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients
  • Update client details and sales progress in CRM
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking process
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business

Required Skills:

  • Good negotiation and closing abilities
  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Basic knowledge of real estate documentation
  • Familiarity with CRM, Excel, and property portals

Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline)
  • Experience in real estate sales preferred (freshers can apply)
