Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Title: Real Estate Telecaller

Experience: 6 months to 2 Years

*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Telecaller to connect with potential clients, generate leads and support the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude and a strong understanding of real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data

* Explain property details, pricing, and offers to clients

* Generate and qualify leads for the sales team

* Schedule site visits and follow-ups with interested prospects

* Maintain and update customer databases (CRM)

* Handle inbound inquiries and resolve basic customer queries

* Build and maintain positive relationships with clients

* Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets

*Requirements & Skills:*

* Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English (local language is a plus)

* Basic knowledge of real estate industry preferred

* Strong convincing and negotiation skills

* Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated

* Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools

* Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage

*Preferred Qualifications:*

* Graduate or equivalent qualification

* Experience in real estate, insurance, or outbound sales calling
