Real Estate Sales Executive

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales while delivering an exceptional buying experience. This role requires strong communication skills, market knowledge, and a passion for real estate.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
• Advise clients on property values, market conditions, and investment opportunities
• Conduct proper tele-calling with appropriate techniques, property viewings, presentations, and site visits
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales successfully
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth transactions
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and regulations
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
