Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets to support company growth.

  • Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective and existing customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
  • Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Preferred Skills Experience in B2B/B2C sales (as applicable)
  • Knowledge of the relevant industry and market
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
