Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling clients, and closing sales for residential/commercial properties.

• Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through calls, site visits, and digital platforms
• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
• Explain property details to clients and arrange site visits
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow up with prospects and convert them into sales
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain data in CRM and provide daily reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure
• Required Skills:Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of real estate market
• Strong negotiation and sales ability
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
• Eligibility:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• Experience: 0–3 years in sales (Real estate preferred)
• Freshers with good communication can also apply
• Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹45,000 per month
