Job Summary AKV Buildcon Private Limited is looking for dynamic and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executives to promote and sell residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to close deals independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, references, walk-ins and site visits
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally
• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans and legal documents to clients
• Conduct property site visits and follow up with prospects
• Negotiate and close property deals
• Maintain customer database and sales records
• Coordinate with CRM, legal and documentation teams
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build long-term relationships with customers
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
• Desired Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 1–3 years of real estate sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Pleasing personality and customer-handling skills
• Good knowledge of Noida / NCR real estate market
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp and Email
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
