Real Estate Sales Executive

Role ObjectiveThe Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, handling client inquiries, conducting site visits, and closing sales while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up on leads through calls, site visits, walk-ins, and digital platforms
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate options
• Conduct property presentations and site visits in a professional manner
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closure
• Stay updated with real estate market trends and company projects
• Desired Skills & QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, presentable, and customer-focused approach
• Basic knowledge of real estate sales (training will be provided to freshers)
• Ability to work under targets and pressure
• Proficiency in Hindi & English (additional languages are a plus)
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• EligibilityGraduate / Undergraduate (Any Stream)
• Fresher candidates with a strong interest in sales are welcome
• Experienced candidates from real estate or sales background preferred
