Real Estate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities :-

• Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing channels.
• Identify client needs and provide suitable property options.
• Conduct property showings, site visits, and presentations for potential buyers.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms between buyers and sellers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and competitive listings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Qualifications:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Valid real estate license (if required by local regulations).
