Compensation

  • CTC: Up to ₹10,00,000 per annum (Negotiable based on experience + performance incentives)
  • Monthly Base + Incentives: Competitive, Industry reported ₹35K-₹60/month base plus attractive commissions

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-8 Years in real estate sales-- residential and/or commercial. At least 1 year in team leadership >1 years noted
  • Education: Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or similar (MBA preferred)
  • Skills Required: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and leadership qualities.

Familiarity with CRM systems & MS Office.

Deep Understanding of local (Noida) real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate & nurture leads (inbound? outbound, cold-call, network, referrals)
  • Manage client relationships-- from consultations to deal closing; conduct site visits & walkthroughs
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing for strategic insight
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and , lead generation initiatives
  • Maintain CRM, prepare sales reports, and provide forecasts to senior management
