Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Executive for our Noida operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of the local real estate market and proven experience in sales, client handling, and deal closures.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound sales leads for residential and commercial properties

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable projects in Noida & nearby areas

Arrange site visits and coordinate with clients, developers, and channel partners

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers

Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and close property deals

Maintain proper follow-ups and CRM records

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Stay updated with ongoing and upcoming real estate projects in Noida

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience in real estate sales (Noida market preferred)

Good communication and negotiation skills

Strong convincing power and customer-handling ability

Knowledge of builders, projects, and locations in Noida/Greater Noida

Ability to work with targets and pressure

Basic knowledge of documentation and booking process

Graduate preferred
