Job Description

A Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for overseeing property transactions, building client relationships, and driving sales in the real estate market.

  • Key Responsibilities Client Interaction: Meet with clients to understand their property needs and preferences, providing tailored real estate solutions.
  • Property Promotion: Market properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and open houses to attract potential buyers.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate property sales and contracts to achieve favourable terms for clients, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
  • Documentation: Prepare and review necessary documents such as purchase agreements, lease contracts, and closing statements.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on property values, market trends, and competitive offerings, providing insights to clients.
  • Closing Deals: Coordinate the closing process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and payments are processed.
  • Client Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing communication with clients to foster relationships and discuss future business opportunities.
  • Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with local real estate laws and regulations.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications Education:12th pass or A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role, typically requiring a minimum of 2-3 years in the industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure deals and satisfy client needs.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, real estate databases, and digital marketing tools to enhance sales processes.
