Job SummaryRAVS Infra Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and drive residential/commercial property sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, generating business through multiple channels, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Lead, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team
  • Generate leads through channel partners, brokers, referrals, digital platforms, and site visits
  • Handle high-value clients, conduct meetings, and close deals
  • Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and investors
  • Plan and manage site visits, customer presentations, and negotiations
  • Track sales performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, promotions, and lead management
  • Ensure proper documentation, booking processes, and coordination with CRM/legal teams
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and post-sales follow-ups
  • Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and team-handling abilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the Noida / NCR real estate market
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting systems
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
  • Eligibility CriteriaEducation: Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred)
  • Experience: 2–8 years of real estate sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Location Preference: Candidates familiar with Noida & NCR market
  • Languages: Hindi & English (mandatory)
