Real Estate Sales Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales BDM who is highly focused on closing deals. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, in-depth market understanding, and the ability to convert qualified leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive property sales by converting leads into successful closures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and follow-ups to ensure conversions.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to finalize deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the sales process and documentation.
• Maintain sales reports, track performance, and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good understanding of residential/commercial real estate markets.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and customer-focused.
• Comfortable conducting site visits and client meetings.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-7 years of experience in real estate sales
• Existing client network (added advantage)
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
