Real Estate Sales Manager

Bellway Realtech is seeking a highly capable and result-driven Real Estate Manager to lead our sales operations, drive revenue growth, and enhance client experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, deep market understanding, and excellent client-handling skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for lead generation, follow-ups, and deal closures.
• Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and property site visits with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience by maintaining long-term relationships and generating referrals.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to support business decisions.
• Prepare and present performance reports to management on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, discipline, and productivity within the team.
• Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales or Team Leadership roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and drive consistent results.
• Knowledge of the Noida real estate market will be an added advantage.
