Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Real Estate Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales team and drive property sales by effectively engaging prospective buyers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property presentations, qualifying prospects, and coordinating pre-sales activities to ensure a seamless transition to the sales process.


  • Lead Generation & Prospect Identify and generate new leads through market research, inbound enquiries, walk-ins, online portals and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Follow up with warm, hot and cold leads professionally and timely.
  • Client Engagement & Consultation Service as the first point of contact for potential customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable property options based on requirements and budget.
  • Conduct property presentations, virtual tours, and site visits.
  • Product & Project Knowledge, Maintain in-depth knowledge of all ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
  • Explain project features, pricing, floor plans, payment plans, and investment benefits to clients.
  • Pre-Sales Support, Qualify leads and gather key information to prepare handovers to the Sales team.
  • Assist prospects with documentation and pre-booking formalities.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, legal, and finance teams to support customer requirements.
  • CRM & Reporting maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and activities in the CRM.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on lead generation, prospects engaged, and follow-ups conducted.
  • Customer Experience, Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and concerns promptly.
  • Treat all customers with integrity, respect, and professionalism.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsEducationBachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Real Estate, or related field
  • Technical/Functional SkillsStrong understanding of real estate sales cycles and pre-sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deliver effective presentations and articulate property value propositions.
  • Goal-oriented with strong customer service focus.
  • Personal AttributesSelf-motivated, energetic, and target driven.
  • Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
