Position Overview:

Prabhakar Infratech is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager & Team Leader for our real estate sales division. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading a team of sales professionals, driving sales targets, and managing client relationships for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for real estate projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Oversee daily sales activities and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to the sales team to improve performance.
• Monitor and analyze team performance, providing feedback and setting clear objectives.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns and enhance lead generation.
• Handle high-value negotiations and close key deals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 2-5 years in a managerial or team lead role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Noida and surrounding areas.
• Ability to drive sales performance and meet targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive team environment.
