Job Description: We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Sales Managers with experience in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should be confident, customer-focused, and capable of closing deals while maintaining strong client relationships.

• Handle property sales for residential and/or commercial projects
• Generate and follow up on leads provided by the company
• Conduct site visits and explain project details to clients
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain proper client records and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth closures
• Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
