Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager – Real Estate to lead and manage the sales team, drive property sales, and achieve revenue targets. The role involves developing sales strategies, handling key clients, and expanding the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to improve performance
  • Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close property deals
  • Handle site visits, client meetings, and negotiations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers
  • Monitor sales pipeline, prepare MIS reports, and forecast sales
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth deal closures
  • Ensure complete documentation and compliance during sales transactions

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in real estate
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle high-value clients and close deals
  • Knowledge of residential/commercial real estate projects
  • Proficiency in CRM, MIS, and reporting tools
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and professional attitude

Preferred Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales
