Job Overview:Ravs Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with at least 2 years of experience in real estate sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, and contributing to business growth.

• Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through various channels such as references, cold calling, site visits, and digital platforms
• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries effectively
• Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Follow up with prospective clients and close deals
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of Noida real estate market preferred
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Presentable personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
