Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Team Manager to lead, motivate, and manage a team of 10–15 professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate operations, team leadership, and client relationship management. You will be responsible for driving team performance, overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, and contributing to strategic growth.


Key Responsibilities:


✅ Team Leadership & Management

✅ Supervise, support, and coach a team of real estate agents, coordinators, or property managers.

✅ Set clear performance targets and regularly monitor individual and team KPIs.

✅ Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews.

Business Operations

✅ Oversee daily activities to ensure efficient workflow, quality client service, and timely deal closures.



Requirements:


✔️ Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (Master’s preferred).

✔️ 4+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

✔️ Strong knowledge of real estate sales, leasing, property management, and relevant laws/regulations.

✔️ Proven experience in managing mid-sized teams (10–15 people).

✔️ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

✔️ High level of organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.

✔️ Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
