Job Description
- Manage end-to-end B2C sales across multiple channels including in-office, field sales, and tele/inside sales.
- Identify and generate new leads for residential properties, commercial spaces, and land/plots.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations to drive conversions.
- Handle customer queries, provide property consultations, and guide clients through the buying process.
- Promote and sell real estate offerings including residential, commercial, leasing, and luxury properties.
- Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Support presales activities including lead qualification and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, property acquisition, and deal closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
