Job Title: Real Estate Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure excellent client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive real estate market knowledge, and a proven track record in sales management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Set sales targets, monitor progress, and provide regular performance feedback.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, trends, and best practices.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
