Key Expertise & Skills:
- Proven expertise in Warehouse Leasing and Industrial Leasing.
- Proficient in CRM Tools such as Zoho CRM for lead management and client tracking.
- Strong ability in Lead Generation, Lead Verification, and Conversion.
- Experience in Team Handling and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities in the real estate leasing sector.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in warehouse and industrial leasing.
- Generate and verify leads through CRM tools and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and property owners.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to meet revenue targets.
- Conduct client meetings, property visits, and finalize leasing deals.
- Maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM and report weekly performance.
