Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and result-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead, manage, and scale our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, team performance, client handling, and driving business growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and closing plans
• Handle high-value clients, site visits, and negotiations
• Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, and conversions
• Train, guide, and mentor sales executives and team leaders
• Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical practices
• Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and investors
• Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a Sales Manager in real estate
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Deep knowledge of real estate sales processes and documentation
• Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset
• Ability to handle pressure and manage large teams
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
• Excellent client handling and closing skills
