Sales Manager – Real Estate Company: Prosperra Infra Estate

 

Location: Sector 135, Noida, Uttar Pradesh

 

📊Compensation ·     

  •  CTC: Up to ₹7,00,000 per annum (Negotiable based on experience + performance incentives)
  •   Monthly Base + Incentives: Competitive; industry reported ₹35K–₹70K/month base plus attractive commissions.

 

🧭 Experience & Qualifications       

  •   Experience: 2–8 years in real estate sales—residential and commercial.
  • At least 1 year in team leadership ›1 year noted   

                                                          

    Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or similar (MBA preferred)

     

  Skills Required:

  •    Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and leadership qualities
  •     Familiarity with CRM systems & MS Office
  •    Deep understanding of local (Noida) real estate marketKey Responsibilitie
  •  Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to meet/exceed monthly & quarterly targets
  •   Generate & nurture leads (inbound/outbound, cold-call, network, referrals)
  •   Manage client relationships—from consultations to deal closing; conduct site visits & walkthroughs
  •     Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing for strategic insight
  •   Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and lead generation initiatives
  •    Maintain CRM, prepare sales reports, and provide forecasts to senior management
